Description
Miss Perameles is a new design, an Eastern Barred Bandicoot. I met several of these in Pontville. They are rare and endangered in Tasmania, so I was extremely fortunate to live somewhere that there was a healthy population of them.
Miss Perameles is hand painted, machine and hand stitched. Her green cardigan is made from bamboo fiber.
She a summer dress with green floral and white print bodice with the skirt a pale yellow with illustrations of children playing!
Her tail is hand painted with stripes and is 11 cm long!
