En plein air

Here are a series of plein air watercolour sketches on location at Linda Cafe in Gormanston, West Coast, Tasmania. I sketched several views during last week’s Press West workshop with Jock Young and Raymond Arnold. These are the ones I’m most happy with. A place of brilliant contrast, great coffee and cake, a gothic ruin, misty mountains and the rusty-coloured rubble and rocky mountains of Queenstown..wishing I was there now!
