Say hello to Theda Bara, Hollywood’s first stage and screen vamp. I finished her a few weeks ago and she is already swooning the hearts of her new owners. Theda was another fabulous commission and one I truly enjoyed and learned so much from. So many firsts in making her, everything from her shoes, designing her glamorous costume and her wig was all made by me! Her costume combined velvet with fine tulle, vintage silk and satin trims, individually strung glass pearl beads, sequins and rhinestones!
