I’ve made chutney and sauce, pies and salads, and now my home grown tomato will be the subject of my first still-life. It’s such a nice afternoon in the studio, the light coming through the window is warm and soft.
I’m finding the process of working with collage very interesting. You learn so much about composition, shapes, contrast and colour: you can play with all the cutout shapes before gluing them down.
