One of the largest and more complex collage painting I’ve completed to date.
My garden is proving more and more of source of inspiration, each new plant and season has something new in my mind to explore.

Colour, sounds and movement are heightened in summer, each bloom vying for attention. Crisp white phlox, orange buttery colours of abutilons, the wrinkled pinks of Japanese wind anemones, sway and move in the west coast summer breeze.
The silver eyes flutter in and out of the blooms, bugs and butterflies hurriedly feed from flower to flower.
