Over the next few months I’ll be working on a couple of Queenstown themed handmade artbooks.

This is the first one I made, based mostly from the archived photos and memorabilia from the Galley Museum, in Queenstown. This one is an accordion fold book with stitched fabric edges. Some of the work have been created through frottage, rubbings, small monoprints and cut out silhouettes.

The above images are front and back artworks for a collaborative book, which will be collected in August and transformed into a large accordion fold book by printer maker, teacher and paper artist, Leonie Oakes.
