Exploring Rosebery, Underfoot.

Yesterday I found a wonderful spot, only 15 minutes from home, were several different varieties of fungi were dotted throughout the rain forest area. Upturning twigs and bending back grass shoots, revealed a magical garden, and one that I am more and more enchanted by every day! Growing up, my eyes where always cast down, searching for feathers, pebbles and leaves. My pockets were often full of these findings, which often found their way into the washing machine, much to my mum’s ‘amusement’.

Little has changed, although I make sure my pockets are empty before they go into the clothes bin!
